On December, 2, 2012. the Hall of Technology at Faculty of Food Sciences at University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, which was equipped by OBRAM, was ceremonially opened. The ceremony among the others attended Mrs. Iwona Wendel, State undersecretary of Ministry of Regional Development.
With this project students of the Faculty can participate in practical training on modern equipment, which allows to lead all the technological process nowadays known in dairy industry. This applies to both, production processes and supporting processes, such as raw material reception and C.I.P. cleaning.
