The system of archiving the technological parameters is based on the ASIX or In-Touch system of visualisation with the data written on a PC hard disk.
The process is visualised in the form of a technological diagram with dynamised elements of measurement and execution.
The following parameters are archived: - inlet temperature, pasteurisation temperature and outlet temperature - the state of the dump valve - pressure differences and all the pressure values - centrifuge current - centrifuge rotation - type of operations performed in the pasteuriser - concentration of washing solution - emergency states |
