This device is used to raise the fat content in ready curd (from the tank) by adding a particular quantity of cream (from cream's storage tank).

The creamer's construction and instrumentation make possible the realization of the following technological operations:

separation of water from curd by means of vertical, perforated drains

mixing the mix of curd with cream by means of a specially designed mixing unit

cleaning the tank in the closed C.I.P. system
