Mixtures preparation:

Preparing a mixture for fermented products or other similar products is carried out with a system of dissolving dry substances in liquids.

 

 

Raw material is fed from storage tanks [1] through a plate heater in order to obtain the appropriate temperature.

The appropriate amount of loose components is added to the warm liquid. To this end, a system of feeding milk powder to a blender [2] is used with a weighing system, which enables the batching of loose materials.
