Final pressing - pressing tunnels:
Final pressing tunnel press
  •  Is built as a tunnel press equipped with the appropriate number of moulds positions.
  •  The press ensures individual pressing of every piece of cheese placed in the mould.
  •  The time and force of pressing are controlled and regulated by an automatic control system.
  •  Maximum pressure 450 g/cm² of cheese surface.
  •  The pawl conveyor can empty the tunnel at any moment after the period of pressing expires.
  •  Washing the presses – the stainless steel casing is equipped with CIP washing nozzles.

Final pressing - one level

 

The cycle of moulds is a set of conveyors and devices operating moulds and mould lids, such as:

·          Conveyor of cheeses from the pre-pressing vat to the mould-filling device

·          Device filling moulds with cheese

·          Lid placer

·          Remover of lids

·          Unit for emptying moulds of pressed cheese

·          Mould rotators

·          Washing unit for moulds and lids

·          Loading and unloading elevator

·          Final cheese pressing press

·          Conveyors connecting devices of moulds' circulation and lids

·          Operating storage for cheese moulds
